Getting Started with Tovend

Welcome to Tovend! 👋

Tovend helps you showcase your products through a single, shareable online storefront. Instead of repeatedly sending product photos and videos to customers on WhatsApp, you can share your storefront link and let customers browse your products in one place.

1. Create your account

Sign up for a Tovend account and verify your email if prompted. Once you’re logged in, you can access your merchant dashboard.

2. Set up your storefront

Add your store details and customize the information customers will see when they visit your storefront.

3. Add your products

Upload your product photos, enter product names and prices, and provide any other available product details. Keep your information clear and up to date.

4. Share your storefront

Find your public storefront link and share it with customers on WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, or anywhere else you connect with buyers.

5. Receive orders through WhatsApp

Customers can browse your products and use the available ordering options to send their order details to you through WhatsApp. You can then communicate with them to confirm availability, delivery, and payment arrangements.
