I Can't Log In to My Tovend Account

If you are having trouble signing in to your Tovend account, there are a few things you can check.

Check your login details

Make sure you are using the same email address you used when creating your Tovend account.

Also check that your password is entered correctly.

Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.

Forgot your password?

If you cannot remember your password:

1. Open the Tovend login page.

2. Select Forgot password.

3. Enter the email address connected to your account.

4. Follow the instructions sent to your email.

5. Create a new password and try logging in again.

Check your internet connection

Make sure you have a stable internet connection before trying to sign in again.

If you have confirmed that your login details are correct but still cannot access your account, contact Tovend Support.

Include the email address connected to your account and describe what happens when you try to log in.

Do not send your password to anyone, including Tovend Support.
