Upgrading to Tovend Starter gives your store access to additional features and higher limits.

How to upgrade

1. Log in to your Tovend account.

2. Open your seller dashboard.

3. Select Upgrade to Starter.

4. Choose how long you want your Starter subscription to last.

5. Review the plan and price displayed.

6. Continue to payment.

7. Complete the payment through the available payment options.

8. Wait for your payment to be verified.

Once your payment has been successfully verified, your Starter access will be activated.

Before you pay

Always check:

• The Starter duration you selected.
• The total amount displayed.
• That you are upgrading the correct Tovend account.

After payment

You can return to your dashboard to confirm that your Starter plan is active.

Your Starter access will remain active for the duration you purchased.

If you already have an active Starter subscription, a new purchase can extend your access rather than unnecessarily replacing your remaining time.

Payment completed but Starter is not active?

If your payment was successful but your Starter access has not been activated, don't make another payment immediately.

Contact Tovend Support and provide your payment details so the transaction can be checked.
