Understanding Tovend Starter Plans

Tovend offers a Free plan and a Starter plan so you can choose what works best for your business.

What is the Starter plan?

Starter is a paid plan designed for sellers who need more from their Tovend storefront.

With Starter, you get access to features and limits that are not available on the Free plan.

Starter pricing

Starter is available in different subscription durations:

• 1 month: ₦5,000
• 2 months: ₦9,500
• 3 months: ₦14,000

Prices may be updated from time to time. Always check the upgrade page for the current price before making a payment.

How to upgrade

To upgrade to Starter:

1. Log in to your Tovend account.

2. Open your seller dashboard.

3. Select the option to upgrade your plan.

4. Choose your preferred Starter duration.

5. Review the displayed price.

6. Continue to payment.

7. Complete your payment securely.

Your Starter access is activated after your payment has been successfully verified.

What happens when Starter expires?

When your Starter subscription expires, your store and products are not deleted.

Your account returns to the Free plan and Free plan limits apply again.

If you upgrade to Starter again later, your existing store can continue to be used.

Do Starter subscriptions renew automatically?

No. Tovend Starter subscriptions are currently purchased for a selected duration and do not automatically renew.

When your subscription is close to expiring, Tovend may notify you so you can renew if you want to continue using Starter features.
